Scott Kelby Worldwide Photowalk

Several weeks ago, I received information about this event from ID-Photographer mail-groups. Sounds a great event since it will involve so many participants around the world to take a photograph at the same day. Go to this site to see the detail of this event. This first ever ‘worldwide photo walk’ used to celebrate the release of the update to the world’s bestselling Lightroom book, “The Lightroom 2 Book for Digital Photographers”. Scott Kelby is the man behind the book & the event.

Luckily, Jakarta would be one of many cities that registered to this event. I’m glad know that a man, named Graham Scott, has arrange this event for Jakarta. I don’t know why he chooses location around Sunda Kelapa for Jakarta session. Thanks to Scott, anyway Last time I visit this place is a year ago, with Pentax Indonesia user groups.

Scott has ordered two mid-size Blue Bird Buses and make some itinerary for this Saturday morning. So, there’s not much personal preparation to join this event. Just try to make early sleep tonight so I can wake earlier tomorrow, because the buses will depart at 6.15 AM from Jakarta International School tomorrow.

Okay, I hope this would a great Saturday, just like Scott says: ‘meet some new people that have a similar interest in Photography, and TO HAVE FUN !!’
